The O-Lynx radios were used just around the event centre for this Hawkes Bay adventure race. The event had a mass start and so prior to the start “Check” controls where used to record the actual competitors who were present.

Finish radios were used to give instant time and placing information both at the download desk and in the announcer tent. No radios controls were used on the actual course, although prior to the race, transmission was confirmed as possible from the Havelock North domain up to Te Mata Peak ( line of sight )
